Anthony Sacca

Mr. Sacca was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 24 April 2016. He is a member of the Audit Committee. He is principal of Karri Tree executive coaching. Anthony was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Rolf Group of Companies, one of Russia’s largest independent automotive distributor/retailers. Prior to that he was a Partner with PwC in Moscow. In addition to coaching, Anthony sits on the advisory board of Emex Group. His role on these businesses ranges from business decision making to the implementation or improvement of corporate governance practices. Anthony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration (Distinction) from Curtin University of Technology Perth, Australia. He is a member of the Russian Independent Directors Association and holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. In addition to his business, Anthony is a lecturer on business ethics, as part of the Masters in Finance programme at the New Economic School in Moscow.
