Highlights:

· The well is just beginning to stabilise after experiencing flow line problems caused by the very cold weather. We expect the initial flow rate of 100 bopd to increase somewhat

Further to the press release of 25 October 2012, the Circular to convene an EGM to approve, amongst other things, the second tranche of the placing was recently posted to Shareholders.
