Licence 61 ("Tungolsky ") is the company's core area covering over 4,991 km² in the Tomsk Region, Siberian Russia in the eastern portion of the Western Siberian oil and gas basin. The Licence contains 4 proved oil fields (Lineynoye, West Lineynoye, Kondrashevskoye and Tungolskoye) containing SPE proved and probable reserves of 70.00 million barrels of oil and numerous undrilled prospects defined by seismic data as follows:  Cretaceous – 10 prospects – 156.17 million barrels of possible reserve  Upper Jurassic – 24 prospects – 207.29 million barrels of possible reserves  Middle to Lower Jurassic – 11 prospects – 63.06 million barrels of possible reserves Another 4 potential prospects (Leads)  requiring additional seismic data have also been identified.
