PetroNeft was notified today that Mr. David Golder, the non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 221,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 44.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Golder's aggregate holding in the Company has increased to 3,165,458 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.


PetroNeft was notified today that Mr. Thomas Hickey, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of €0.65 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Hickey's aggregate holding in the Company has increased to 665,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
