NOTICE OF RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD 8th AUGUST 2025

Dublin, Ireland – PetroNeft Resources PLC – a former international oil and gas exploration and production company focused in Russia, announces that the following Special Resolution was passed at today’s EGM.

Special Resolution: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members' Voluntary Winding Up and that Mr. David Van Dessel of VANDESSEL-REORG (the Liquidator), having given his prior consent to act, be hereby appointed as liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up and that the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, to distribute the whole or any part of the assets of the Company amongst the members in specie or otherwise as he sees fit. Furthermore, the Liquidator fees plus VAT and outlay, as previously agreed with the Company are hereby approved”
